Hey Dave,
Yea I have settled out at 222lbs for a total loss of 238lbs. My goal was to get back to my high school middle linebacker weight of 225lbs so I am happy I did reach my personal goal. I bounce up and down about 5 pounds but I have been at 222lbs for the past couple of months. I think I am about done, I have also noticed that I can eat all kinds of crap and as long as I exercise I am pretty stable in my weight. I am doing maybe 2000-2500 calories a day, so of it from jelly bellies and ice cream but most from protein. I eat a lot of nuts, beef jerky, and still drink 50-60oz a day of water. I use to be a big soda drinker but I normally just drink water and an occasional Rob Roy mixed drink for a quick buzz. I use to drink shots of tequila like water and now one little drink and I am flying, I am such and cheap drunk these days.
I have had to lay off weight lifting for the past few months. At the end of volleyball season in May my right and left rotor cuff and biceps have began to ache a lot especially when I first get up in the morning. It's an ache and not really a sharp pain and it eases up as the day goes on. It started when I moved from medium weight with lots of reps to big weight with fewer reps so I think I just strained everything. I going to give the shoulders the summer off and hit the gym again in the fall and see how they do. I still do a lot of walking and some running so I am keeping up the cardio. I’m still feeling great and life is really good. I'm glad to see you’re through your recent surgery and back to doing what you love. Keep up the good work your an inspiration to all of us. You should take a side trip to Raleigh next time your in VA visiting the family and we'll do some cruzing in my new Mustang GT. I just got a new plate for it, it says G'DEE...UP
