It has been 3 months since...

...I had my surgery. I took a new belly photo today and posted it and a new blog entry on my profile to keep track of this month's progress. Have a wonderful weekend!

Looking good. I also just had my three month mark a couple days ago.  I've lost a bit more than you since surgery (65 pounds @  3 month mark), but I also had a lot more to lose.  You and I both have the start/stop loss pattern. The pictures are impressive, much more dramatic than my change, I think.  Your six month photos should be something else.

I know how you feel...that drop and stop business gets old, but like i mentioned in the blog, I've had to come to accept that it is just the way some people lose and take comfort in the knowledge that the next big drop is right around the corner. All in all though, in the grand scheme of things I'm very happy with the progress so far - not just in pounds lost but in overall quality of life too. I think you are doing great too and it will be fun to compare our progress and life improvements going forward..Have a great month!
