Hey Guy's   I just wanted to say thanks for all the well wishes and special thoughts as well as the offer of prayers. It is all greatly appreciated I have spent quite a bit of time today reflecting on my past mistakes that I have made where my Health is concerned. I realize that I have some very serioius changes to make and I am ready for the challenge. I would not have been nearly as prepared for this without all the help and advice from the members here.
