Sunday Weekly Weigh-In

Good morning guys!  I don't see Dx's usual post this morning, so I'll go first. I am now 24 weeks post-op, and I'm down 4 lbs. since last week.   Overall, I'm down 102 since surgery, and down 121 from my highest! 

Highest: 375 Consultation: 373 PAT: 361 Surgery: 356 Last Week: 258 Today: 254

Hi Jim & good morning all, I've had a zero-sum week, floating up and down 2-3 lbs. Overall results are good. Highest:         343 Today:           226 Total loss:     123 Have a great day and thanks to Jim for posting the weigh-in.

Thanks Jim.  Guys, been goofing around too much the last two weeks and I am so close to a major goal.  5 more pounds and I am no longer considered "obese".  Traveling and grazing too much.  Too many parties, not enough exercise.  I have a 400M race against my 6 year old son this week for my 42nd birthday, so that hopefully will keep me focused (pray for me).  The very fact that I can run again is such a great gift, however.

Hey guys, Even though I've not been able to exercise or workoout at all because of the internal hernia I still managed to drop a good amount last week. Highest - 455 Surgery - 365 Last weight in - 245 Today - 235 Surgery loss - 130 Total loss - 220 Roughly 7-8 more pounds and I will be half the man I used to be.....figuratively speaking. I had a goal of 225 by my birthday, which is thursday, I may not make it but I will be DAMN close.

Loss is slow and steady. Onward and Downward! Hey Dx... hijacking this post to tell you it looks like we're moving to Montana.  Bigfork, a little town se of Kalispell.  should be there by early August.  exciting times!  do any theatre in Montana? I'm down 3 lbs. this week. That puts me just past halfway. I started my journey at 387 lbs. Today I tipped the scales at 308. Down 79 from my highest and 78 to my goal of 230 lbs. I feel like the worst of the journey is behind me. DD Highest, 11/27/2006 387 lbs. DOS, 4/18/2007         358 lbs. Last, 6/17/2007          311 lbs. Today, 6/24/2007       308 lbs.  (-3) 

Jim Good Morning Guys.  I have been grazing a lot the past few weeks, traveling and at home.  Trying to kick this habit.  Trying to get my BMI below 30 and only have 9 tenths to get there, I just have been fooling around and wasting time.  I need to get back on track.
