July 31 Exercise Goal (a.k.a. 20 Miles on the Stationary Bike)

50% improvement in one day?  Guys, I think we have a ringer, here. Well, Russ, I was planning on taking today off, but your question peer-pressured me.  20.00 miles, in 59:20, resistance down a notch to 5. Don't expect an update from me tomorrow.  After 40 miles in two days, I think I'll just do weights Thursday.
