Couple of questions for you guys??

I bought a heavy bag and put it up on Friday. I have started boxing for a good workout.  I am getting a hell of a workout.  Does anyone have experience in boxing? Does anyone have any tips or suggestions that might be helpful.   thanks in advance

I don't have any formal boxing training or anything like that, but...I have noticed that when I am at the gym on the treadmill I start to really feel all that extra testosterone that is coursing through our vains courtesy of the released stores from the burned fat, when I notice that, I love to go into our aerobics studio and BEAT THE LIVING SH'T out of the heavy bags in there. That's all, just wanted to share, I think it is a good outlet...
