I know I'm early for the weigh in but I will be gone all day tomorrow walking around Magic Mountain, I will be considering this my excersize for the day and what a job it will be!  I have lost another 3 pounds this week and I went out and bought me a couple new tank tops...size LARGE! I was freakin out, I have went from a shirt size of 3x down to a large since surgery. I am extremely happy. I went from a size 46? in pants to a 36 I'm sure, the 38's fall of my @$$. I havent purchased new clothes yet cause I dont want to turn around in a few months and have to buy more.

Its 5:25 am and I'm getting ready to go play basketball.  I'm now going to start 3 months of a pre-op program offered by my surgeon and his nutritionist that should also satisfy Aetna.  I always feel kinda guilty posting my weight here considering the outstanding efforts and from where some have had to start their journey, but here goes. All time high      235 about Jan. '07 today                    224 holding somewhat steady goal                     165-170 Have a great week. Sonny

DD, and Jim G!! That is AWESOME!! DD and I approaching that 100# loss mark together, Jim made it first! Considering we all started near the same size, and near the same time, it is great to see we all are experiencing similar success! Looking forward to busting through the first century mark, and continuing on to GOAL!
