Big stanky farts

I've had quite a few farts along the way but these two yesterday caught me.  I work in the OR and we have an Anesthesia Dept that rotated between 4 hospitals and sometimes I don't see certain docs for up to a year.  At lunch I was sitting there eating and one (who I haven't seen since before Xmas) came in to eat and decided to introduce herself to me. When I told her my name, the look on her face was priceless. I actually had to prove to her that it was me, I keep my old ID picture with me under my new one. The second was another doc who kept staring at me. When she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing someone asked her what was wrong. Her remark was "I can't believe how Tom looks now, he's the perfect man" I asked her to call my wife right then and there.

Wow Tom! 200 pounds lost, that is incredible!!...If you keep up with FARTs that stinkiy you may have to pre-warn people entering your area of the hospital...perhaps you can post one of these signs:

Hey Tom, sure does stink.  The last one is priceless.  Way to go.
