Steve, You are kicking Butt man! Great job. We are close in dates and yo got me bby over 40 pounds gone. That gives me hope that I am not done still; just slow going for some reason. WOW that is great I was about the same size not sure how long it has been for myslef I do not focus on the scale or time but 9 months and 202 lbs that is great. I am down about 155lbs from 468. Lets keep moving. Good Luck
