you look great. whatever your routine is, stick with it. i know what you mean about lifting when you're heavy. it's just too hard. i know it's a lot easier now that i'm back to my weight as well. you're an insperation to us all. good job.....carbonblob

Thanks for the information. Just started with the weights a month ago and I need to develop a good routin.

Big Funn, Don't worry so much about getting the perfect routine in the beginning.  Find out first what you feel comfortable with in the gym.  What you are comfortable with doing in front of others.  Take it slow.  Try this... Go to the gym and try different machines or free weights.  Try to find atleast one machine that you feel comfortable doing that works each part of your body.  You can combine chest, shoulders, and triceps if you like in the beginning.  Most exercises work those muscles together to a certain degree.  When you get more advance, you can isolate those muscles and work them seperately.  Don't be afraid to ask the guy next to you how to properly do a certain exercise.  I did.  If you need any help or advice, just send me an email. Being a newbie here, I don't know where to find photos when people say they posted them. Where are they? I found the photo header up top but there's soooo many photos in there that I can't possibly search through them all to find yours.  Any tips?
