Don't worry so much about getting the perfect routine in the beginning. Find out first what you feel comfortable with in the gym. What you are comfortable with doing in front of others. Take it slow. Try this... Go to the gym and try different machines or free weights. Try to find atleast one machine that you feel comfortable doing that works each part of your body. You can combine chest, shoulders, and triceps if you like in the beginning. Most exercises work those muscles together to a certain degree. When you get more advance, you can isolate those muscles and work them seperately. Don't be afraid to ask the guy next to you how to properly do a certain exercise. I did.
