New Photos
I put some new photos up, guys. Tell me what you think. I believe lifting weights and weight loss surgery will really help us keep our weight under control. For a weight lifter to maintain his muscel, he must eat over 6000 calories per day. Muscel burn fat like nothing else. If you eat lots of protein and lift weights, you will not be able to eat enough food to gain 1 pound of fat. The secret for myself to weight control is weight lifting. But when I was overweight, I didn't have the energy to lift weight. But since I lost the pounds, I am able to lift weights without pulling a muscel or pinching a nerve. If anyone need anymore information on weight training, I would be happy to help. Later guys.

Dave,
You are looking good, man! I do sprints also. I usually go to the track for my sprints. I don't like doing those on machines. What I like doing also is slow jogging half the track and break out in a full sprint for the other half. Man, that really get the heart racing. This really burn fat and build muscle quickly.
