IT'S ALL ABOUT ME!
Hey Friends, Well, I guess I'm pretty much done losing weight. It sure has been a nice ride down from MT. FATTMORE. Life is so much better as a "normal" guy, by normal I mean "more average." With a BMI of 29.9, I'm still considered overweight, believe or not. I'm 6'3" tall, my current weight is 239. My goal was to reach my ideal weight of 217 lbs. I'm only 22 lbs. above that, I'm not complaining....REALLY! Started at 134 lbs. above my ideal weight. Life is pretty good! Still no Job! No? NO!!! I'm still working, just not doing what I went to school for. Hence, still no job. I won't be happy until I utilize my degree(s) in some way, shape, or form. I haven't given up and I'm usually talking with a couple of different companies at any given time. My persistance WILL pay off sooner or later. I appreciate the guys that have been giving me much needed hope in this department....you know who you are!! Thanks! I'm trying to keep my options open and make myself as marketable as possible. I've applied to graduate school at the same college where I completed my bachelor's degree. The degree sought would be a Master's of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management. I haven't taken the entrance exam yet, but will soon. The program is 99% online, that way if I relocate, I can still take the classes I need. Plus, the classes are taught by the exact same professors that I had for undergraduate classes. How cool is that? I appreciate all you guys here on the men's board! See ya, Ron
