I NEVER NEVER thought i'd eat MORE but lose FASTER than not eating or eating very little.
After a VERY unproductive May ( I only lost like MAYBE 10 - 15lbs) I have started June BACK on a SOLID POUND A DAY LOSS RATE!!!
And the best part is, I'm EATING! WHOO HOOO!!!!!!
Ah Ha! You have discovered the secret.
If you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode and when you do eat, it hords every calorie it can store in preparation for the next starvation period. If you eat good stuff, and especially protein and fiber and complex carbs you body can't or cannot readily convert to fat, it has to pass it and burn what stored surplus it already has, or muscle tissue if it cannot find anything else to burn.
So eat, but eat well, for how you do, the scales will tell.
