...I had my RNY. Most of you know my ups and downs since then, and how I've branched out into volunteer firefighting and EMS as sidelines. I even stopped for a vehicle rollover today during today's commute (driver wasn't hurt bad, and refused transport). I see the surgeon at 4 this afternoon for my 2-year followup. It should be a boring appointment. Carry on.

Hey stranger!  Been missing your posts as of late. Glad you are still out there doing good. Your experinces are uplifting and motivational,  as well as usually a bit entertaining; running through burning buildings and kicking butt pacing the other volunteers, jumping off firetrucks,...and the latest,....righting a rollover, single-handed, and sending them on their way with no further EM attention.  You are the man!   Seriously,..I do enjoy your posts and hope your visit goes boringly smooth unless they want to praise you on what a great job you've been doing and how wonderful your blood results are,..and maybe a press article or poster sponsorship for the medical practice,...sorry,...going off the deep end again.
