A Video Speaks a Million Words...
Hey Guys,
Well, still haven't quite repented for a string of unanswered mails and posts, but thought I'd show you the real me on video.
My first attempts at YouTube:
No, it's not me at home or at leisure, I'm really that relaxed at work and that is my typical dress code. (How else would I be able to work out in between classes?) In this video, we are demonstrating how to use Wh- question words such as "Who", "What", "When", "Where", "Why" and "How" to our students who, have a grammar and vocab base, but have difficulty with listening and speaking English.
My coworkers is Polish. Her mother is a famous theater actress there. You can probably tell by the way this lady presents herself on screen.
At any rate, you can see me and how laid back I am. I really do believe it helps kids to open up.
Best Wishes,
Dave
Thanks, Sonny! I started doing bicep work a few months back. Sometimes I do the bicep curls with dumbells passing in the middle, followed by single arm peaking curls (bend over with legs wide and pull the dumbell up to the shoulder), sometimes bar curls. I never skip reverse curls. That could be one of the causes of the vein. They get the area of both the upper arm AND the forearm, right where that vein passes.
Best Wishes,
Dave
I was noticing in my workout this morning. I do a lot of bent over rows on back day...also cable pulls. Then on shoulder day, I've started doing upright rows for anterior delotoids, these also work both the bicep and upper-outer forearm, where the vein is.
Firehose? Well, wonder what that pipeline is feeding? My vain (vein?) mind wants me to believe that it evolved out of necessity for pure visual breeding attractiveness...lol! I should have been a male bird!

Thanks, Scott. Yeah, I love it here. I've been here so long it's ridiculous - going on 18 years. They take such good care of employees, that it's hard to leave. Like I said in the post to Sonny, I think a lot of it is reverse curls and, oh I forgot, I do so much back work and that all gets the bicep. Lots of pulling.

Hey Russ,
Well, maybe I should sound like Ernest - the folks are from West Virginia and I grew up in Richmond. But with China, Taiwan and Japan, I've been away over 20 years. The people I hang out around here are mostly from Wisconsin, Oregon or even Australia. Very few Southern boys hanging out in Asia - unfortunately. It's really only 5% people from the South.
Are you still pumpin'?
