Today is my 1 year Anniversary(Rebirthday)!

Wow it seems like yesterday that I started this journey and got to meet all of you wonderful & crazy behind people (actually I met yall in April of 06).    I say 150lbs gone the WLS says 146lbs gone and oh yeah the scale is moving again I was at 280 at the WLS visit yesterday.   Brothas thanks for the Love & Support!
