I came across a good punch and thought I'd share. I mixed it with vanilla protein powder, but strawberry or unflavored would be good too.

1 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup splenda
3 cups water
1 cup ice

Mix the hell out of it in a blender. Chill. and chill-out.

I mixed 10 oz of it with 1.5 scoops (30g protein) of Vanilla Unjury. It was really good. Even the picky four year old wanted it.

While I appreciate your punch, I've never had the patience to mix things like punch or a smooothie.  I usually just add DaVinciGourmet sugar free and fat free syrups to my protein powder.  I just use the basically cheap HDT+5 vanilla and add whatever flavor I want.  I especially like egg nog, but I vary it.  DaVinci makes about 50 flavors but they rotate them and usually have 45 flavors available.  They are sweetened with Splenda.  I'm now just adding fruit flavors to very cold water but I've also used various flavors such as Kahlua, caramel, or Irish cream with coffee.  I get mine at www.netrition.com but they are available at many online stores including some that advertise on obesityhelp.com .  Netrition.com will deliver them year round but many others won't do it in the winter;  netrition.com packs them in styrofoam when necessary.  I especially love having the blueberry flavor in the winter and I dream of fresh blueberries.  Soon I'll be going to local farms to get fresh picked blueberries.  I live in South Jersey and we have many blueberry farms down here.
