...and 50 is only the beginning. Did you celebrate? I went out and bought a pair of running shoes for my first 50. Being only a few off of the first 100 I"m planning a massage or something. Treat yourself!

that sounds like a good idea, i have never celebrated my large weight losses in the past, maybe i need to do stuff like that again... al
