The weight just keeps melting away! I was supposed to get another fill last Thursday, but I phoned in and canceled. I am still adjusting to the last fill and felt like I would have to go on full liquids if I had another fill at this time. I feel like I am in total control of my life for the first time in many years! Big week for me, down 6 lbs. Probably due to the fact that between work, and my lawn, I spent most of my time sweating like a ***** in church. Here's the numbers: Highest, 11/27/2006 - 387 lbs. Surgery, 4/18/2007 -  358 lbs. Last week  -  326 lbs. Today  -  320 lbs. Have a great week Loser Buddies. DD

Hi guys,  I have been on vacation this week or at least it was supposed to be a vacation. Been in and out of family court, my son is trying to get custody of his son. Had to hire him a lawyer. Long story short haven't been eating or drinking like I should,as in not eating or drinking, but lost a few pounds this week any way. Highest      375 Consult      364 Pre-Op       324 Today         210 Seven more pounds and I will just be over weight and not obese. pan head

281 today that's 49 lbs in one month and I like fitting into chairs I couldn't a month ago. Bret

Once again the loss is a bit slower than my math-geek projections, but things are still pretty good.  I have to remind myself that I've dropped every week for 15 weeks straight (counting pre-op losses), which is more than I can say for probably every diet I ever tried, even the "successful" ones.  My BMI also dropped below 40 this week. This week I'm concentrating on getting more aerobic exercise in; I am determined to see a 5+ week again while I'm still fat enough that such things are possible.   Here are my stats 10 weeks post-op: Highest Weight - 375+ Pre-Surgery Weight - 350 Last Week - 296.4 This Week - 294.0 Week Loss - 2.4 Total loss so far - 81 Loss since surgery - 56

Thanks for starting us up Greg!! I was up late with my son (just back from Florida) And then had work to do... Just got back in from church.... The "Root-Canal-Method?" That's a new one, but what ever works! My Starting Weight? – 385 + All Time Low – 179 Me?-   183 (Back down a pound! and still bobbing around "in my range!"...)

Wow, the summer heat has me drinking a lot of water. I'm getting back into a daily routine since travelling, but will be back on the road in two weeks. I am trying to find some sort of normalicy in my diet options and exercise options while I am home. On the road I rely on Advantage Edge bars, but I want them to remain meal replacements and not candy bar substitutes. As a result, last week and this week I did a lot of grilling, steaks last week this week pork chops. Starting (August 2006)  435  DoS (10/18/06)   405 Last week's         271 Today's                 268.   Down 3 for the past week.

Highest weight: 350 2/23/06:  337 Last week:  260 Today:  258 (Down 2 pounds) Total weight lost since highest weight 92 pounds.

Although part of me would like to see quicker weight loss, 2 pounds a week has been my average since my initial post-surgery drop. Had new pictures taken this past week, and saw some family that hadn't seen me since my highest weight.  They were amazed about how far I've come, and it was nice to get all of the complements!
