Hey, dudes. I am currently at an internet cafe in Stern Mall (CSI) in the city of Candon. I'm here on vacation and to be there for my grandparent's 50th anniversary. It was a pretty big deal. Grandma Soledad killed 15 pigs for the occasion. Anyway, it's pretty freaking humid out here. I pretty much sweat out whatever I drink in so I need to drink constantly. But I've dumped a couple of times already because the places where I travel don't have purified water; just the ground pumps and rain gatherers. So I have either bring enough water from my grandmother's place or drink Coke and Royal Orange (orange soda). Which I had to do one day from morning to early afternoon and it did not feel good at all. Eventually I drank a small cup of pump water and that was fine. Also not doing so great on the shakes and supplements since we leave the house and I don't know for how long. But I'll be back home in a week and I've been surviving. I'm pretty sure I've lost more than my fair share of weight here because of the humidity and diarrhea. Heh. Hope everyone and everything's alright on your folks end.
