Time to ease up on myself
Just so we are clear, the **** only helped for that night. That half galon had to go in the garbage. I did give it up for 4 months in a half fast attempt to lose some more but didn't lose. I figured if I can eat it and maintain or not eat it and maintain, might as well eat it.
Thanks for your support. It was your challange that got me to up my milage and get the marathon idea going so -- Thank you!. The good news is that I already know that it will be a battle for the rest of my life. Every day.
Thanks again.
Scott
I couldn't have said it better my friend! You've always been a good inspiration. I still weigh 265 but that was my goal, Coming from around 510 plus I feel skinny lol, anything lower than that will be a plus for me. I'm glad your still around, there's not too many of us old-schoolers around on the board...I guess the others are just living life, although it would be great to hear from Buckeye again. Take care Bro
Scott you have accomplished so much. You have completed several of your goals like running the marathon at disney. I did not get to run mine as knee surgery and galbladder removal got in my way. You have posted about being a parent and spending time and doing more with your kids. Enjoy life. this quote comes to mind that a friend sent me after my knee/gal problems.
