Just introducing myself

Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I am 28 years old and I wiegh 470 lbs. I got my lap band procedure done on May 4th.  Today is my 2 month anniversary of being sober and 5 months without my Copenhagen.   on with weightloss paul

Welcome to the mens board. congratulations on having the lap band procedure. I'm sure you will find the success that many others have found. Also congratulations on your two anniversaries. Those in themselves are huge accomplishments.

Ask any questions that come to mind. This is a great group of guys who are always glad to give an opinion and are very knowledgeable within the weight loss arena.
