FARTin' loud at my 3-month surgiversary!
320 then (2/28), 258 this morning.
Started out in 3x shirts, tight 50" pants. I've had to retire the 3x's, and 2x's are starting to get baggy.
The biggest FARTification -- I bought two pairs of pants on Friday -- both 44's -- and they fit just fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dang.
For what it's worth (for those of you who are preop or under 3 months postop).
I do a 20 oz Isopure zero carb, 40g protein, at mid-mornings.
I exercise (cardio) minimum 4 times a week, at least 30 minutes at a time. I supplement that with a couple of 15-20 minute sessions of strength training to minimize muscle mass loss.
I have hardly been perfect regarding what I'm eating, but I guess I'm doing OK. No food tastes as good as it did preop, and that helps too, although it gets me down sometimes. There are times when I get queasy just preparing something to eat.
Thanks as always to all of you who've helped with advice and support along the way.

Good for you Jeff! I was a 60" waisted guy -- and now I'm in a 44 too! WooooHooooo!
lotsa protein, little "empty" calories, walk/walk/walk works good for me and I too have lost MUCH of my love of food....now it's like "fuel" only....and that's a good thing coming from a guy who used to weigh 404!!!!
keep losing lad...it's all good!

Hey Jeff:
I'm glad to hear you are FARTing. I am one month behind you, my two month surgirversary is tomorrow. I have lost 41 lbs. since we met at the Duke support group two days before my surgery. It feels great as I lose weight and am wearing clothes again that I couldn't even come close to fitting into before. I'm getting close to fitting in XL shirts, I do have one XL tee shirt that I now fit into, that was kind of a fart. Good luck on the next three months. I'll keep my ears open for the next Duke Men's group and try to plan my next trip back up to Raleigh around it....
