Fasting after Gastro Bypass

It has been a while since I have been here and let life obstacles take me back to some fast eating and rushed meals habits. So I was wondering since I started my 30 day mental fast is it safe for us to do physical fast even if its for about 2 to 3 days to cleanse the body????

Sure, as long as you take your supplements and your fast is a liquid protein one.  Get 60 grams of protein through shakes, get your water in and you can do a liquid fast that will cleanse you good.  That first day is hell but after that you will feel great.   All the best, Greg
