The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
i tried to post a pic of my upper body and my four pack! no way, didn't post for some reason. so same old for me 150 pounds. very steady now no matter what i do or don't eat.
i'm showing great and intense vascularity along with very ripped shoulders. my new training is helping. my upper body is getting some serious size which makes my waist look even smaller. wide lats, big shoulders and a good sweep on my outer thighs are coming together to give a great illusion of a dink waistline. all smoke and mirrors but it works.
the only thing is my g/f is getting grossed out by the size of my veins and now they're growing big time on my thighs and calves. so i'm a veiny guy, nothing i can do about it. i mean we all eat to point of maintaining low body fat so this is what we all end up looking like, am i wrong? i asked this before so i already know the answer. so just another long post when i should have just said.......

Hey Blob...
now you know in your heart of hearts, Gail is just busting your chops....that is her job as your other half,,,, to keep you humble....
it's between giving you a hard time aabout the veins, or haiding the batter pack for that cattle prod you wear....hmmmm...take it in the chops....

I started wanting to be able to get my own mail with out calling 911...now my goals have changed,,,,
on one hand, we have striving verses stagnation, or is it a case of contentment???

i'll see if i can find a digital pic of the both of us for ya! i know, she's probably just sick of hearing me talk about my weight loss and all the baggage that has come with it. i spent the whole night throwing up because of food that didn't work and i still have back pain and blah blah blah. it's been a hard year. i think sometimes the only thing i have going and that also keeps my mind clear is working out. i don't know, you know?
Steady as she goes.
Down 3 lbs. this week. Not a major dump, but I did manage to get into jeans I haven't worn in years. Life is good.
Highest: 11/ 27/ 2006 387 lbs.
Surgery 04/18/2007 358 lbs.
Last week 329 lbs.
Today 05/27/2007 326 lbs.
61 lbs. down from my heaviest. 32 lbs. lost since surgery.

I had a much better week this past week. I dropped 5 lb. and am only 71/2 from joining the century club. Yahoo!
