FARTing all over the yard and into the house...

Well..not only did I work 10 hours developing drugs to cure CANCER, refrain from strangling my colleague, and walk a half hour on the office treadmill at lunch,  but then I came home and spread 5 yards of mulch. THEN I cooked dinner but didn't really feel like eating anything myself, so I chugged some water and cleaned one of the bathrooms.  AND IT'S ONLY 7:12 PM! Last year at this time I layed around eating and farting a lot.   It is a nice transition to have all this energy.  If only I drank more coffee I could probably balance the budget and end the war.  Who's idea was this surgery again?  I LOVE HAVING ENERGY! I couldn't agree more, how great it feels to be able to do something and feel good after doing something that used to be difficult. My 120lb wife and I had  a project( get your mind out of the gutter) a few weeks ago that involved several trips up and down a flight of stairs, and SHE ASKED ME IF I NEEDED A BREAK!!! and I didn't. It's amazing what losing 200 lbs will do for your energy level Stay Well Woody

Nice new face shot Ken. This surgery is a lifesaver in more than one ways. Quality of life should be counted too. Good stuff.

Ken,

Yeah, isn't it great? Sounds like you're ready to put on some bunny ears and a marching drum! (the Energizer! lol).

Gotta love the lifestyle improvement.

Hell, I've almost cut out the coffee, for caffeine tabs. I find them to be a little better absorbed and more predictable. I've never drunk coffee for enjoyment anyway, just for the effects.

Zooooom!

Ken, Wish I had your energy.  How about coming over and doing some yardwork and housework for me? Hope to see you at support group next week. Floyd

I'm only a couple months out, but I've also noticed a huge difference in how much I'm able to get done in the same amount of time.  More than that, I seem to spend less time dreading getting started, which is what I used to do before.  All the best as you continue to lose!  I'm still hoping for some more energy gains over he next couple months, and your post makes me hopeful that will happen. --Dave
