I fell on my hip playing basketball this morning and it hurts like hell.  I know there are many aspirin type things we are not allowed to have after RNY, but is there any that we can? Maybe if I still had a fat ass, it wouldn't have hurt so much. lol. Thanks, Al

You don't want to take anything that is or is mixed with any NSAID. Tylenol is OK, but Ibruprofin(advil) or naproxen (I think this is the active ingrediant in Aleve) is not. If you still have some of your narcotic pain killers from the surgery you may want to take one or half of one, but of course these suggestions have to be followed up with the standard call your weight loss surgery office first. Hope your buttocks feels better soon!
