Yes, I'm ecstatic with this whole thing. I've been beating myself to death on the track, just trying to take it to the next level. Oh, if you want to decrease bodyfat, I've been checking this out. Even if your bf is low already, sprints and intervals 2-3 times a week will do it. I do track and stationary bike.
I was on WW too in first grade.
But I worked out on my own and lost weight in 6th grade and got some attention. Best was at 19, when I worked out and lost again. Had babes asking me out then. Then, I got fat. Then at 32, after my second divorce, got thin and fit and was in Japan, divorced - you know the story...
"Can't Touch This?" Hell, if any of them try to touch me, I'm not going to stop them! (limited to superficial contact).

I've noticed that the fitter I become, the more attractive the ladies that flirt with me are. Boy Howdy... If I wasn't happily married, I'd be havin' quite the party right about now!
Damn, where were all these "friendly" women when I was single and lonely?
Oh yeah.... That's right.... I was a big, fat, scary biker-looking guy back then!
