B12 Shots vs. Sublingual
I started sublingual B-12 right after my WLS and I thought they were doing ok. Then I asked my PCP about shots about 3 months ago so he gave me a script A 30 month supply was $5.75 at sams club and my insurance (Aetna) even reimbursed me for it. I could not believe the difference. My energy level went through the roof, I wish now I would of started injections from the beginning. Also I just found out the importance of B-1 also.
