There is no S on "anyway" - and, the "ir" and the "less" cancel each other out. Glad to see I'm not the only one out there with the pet peeves.......... I hear "Orientated" about 10 times per day - but, I work with teenagers, so I do get the pleasure of CORRECTING them everytime they misuse the language (that's a full time job in and of itself!!!!!!!!).
