I hate that word. Is there really that much that can't be done?  I would prefer the won't since it is the more honest word 90% of the time. I am going to form the anti-CANT campaign ths is my 1st stop apparently.

Go for it, I can't,...er um,.... won't wait???

What um, particular event instigated this inspiring campaign? ....if you wish to share.

The definition of CAN'T:  the most common word uttered at the female dominated WLS support group meetings. CF

I've seen the quality of your posts and writing. In your case, it appears that you "really can."

"Won't" is  one possibility. There's  also "don't want to" and "don't have to" or "I'd rather...." . The last three seem to be what prevent me from doing a lot of things.

Whatever the case, when I was pre-op, hunger  seemed to be in a category all it's own.

Sounds like you're trying to change a mindset. Anything specific that you're dealing with ?
