Hey guys, With WLS I am feeing weaker & weaker. Does anyone take a body building supp.? I was thinking about taking Creatine. Does anyone take this? Does it work. Thanks

Hi,

If you lose weight without working out, you will most likely get weaker and weaker.

 
I wouldn't use it until you've continued a resistance training program for at least three months. It doesn't make you stronger, it just makes more energy available to the muscles by causing liquid to be stored in them.
