Just got back from the hospital.  Everything went well.  Just having some incredible gas down in the lower sections.  Talk at you guys later. Bobby

A little trick to keep from taking in air when you drink: First take a very small sip (maybe a teaspoonful), then seal your lips together, then swallow. Sounds very simple, you'll be suprised the difference it makes. Make sure to take your meds when you need them. Helps with the gas pain, too. Another thing that helps the gas is walking. Take a lap through the house a few times a day. Above all, get some rest. It will get better, but takes some time.  Ronnie

Welcome back, Bobby C. - You old loser buddy of mine. Gas pains have plagued me since surgery. I still get them about every other day. I'm learning to adjust, you will too. Congrats, and speedy recovery, Buddy. DD

Glad you're home. The gas pains are part of the deal, but you'll find ways to minimize them by adjusting what, how, and how fast you eat. Right now, some of them may be artifacts of the surgery itself. Hang in there.
