Your post got me so angry that I sat down and hate a pint of Ben And Jerry's Chunky Monkey all byself and thought of you, Daniel.

I have been there myself at times. I keep the SF popsicles on hand and if the craving gets real bad then I throw a tub of low sugar low fat strawberry yogart in the blender, add a couple of scoops of SF ice cream, a few strawberrys, half a banana and two scoops of protein whey protein. Taste like a real milk shake and satisfies that craving. There are many renditions of this that you can experiment with by changing the flavor of the yougart.
Remember we have all come to far to blow it now.

Well, take yourself out to your favorite ice cream spot. Order a children's scoop (ask them to skip the generous part) of your BESTEST flavor. Enjoy it slowly, then dump away. This way you'll get to psychologically feed your craving, then the dumping will remind you why you don't actually want ice cream for a while.
