One month down two to go!
I went to my NUT for my one month checkup and I lost 13 pounds. I started at 356 and now I am at 343; about ½ lb a day. Not bad but I really miss real food. My wife has done real good also she lost 20 pounds. On the exercise side I am up to walking 3 miles M-F in 66 Minutes, ALL aerobic. That is a 22 minute mile. Never thought I would reach that goal. I walk a total of 4 ½ to 5 miles a day total.
Thanks for all the support you all give here. Reading your posts helps keep me focused.
