Forgive me bretheren, for I have sinned.................. It's been months and months since my last posting. I was at 215 pounds and looking good, and for some reason, I have seemed to lose my focus on following the rules, and have started to way over drink and eat the wrong stuff, like sugar, hi cab stuff, in larger quantities than I am supposed to. And the result? Last nite I got on the scale and I am up 20 pounds. This is NOT good. What the hell am I doing!? Am I totally nuts!? I cannot allow myself to start gaining weight again. Today, I am on a total fast, to try and shrink the pouch down again. This procedure is recommended by the surgeon and nurses that did my surgery in 1995. And I must reset my mind and attitude. Also, I need you guys to line up and try to break your foot off in my arse, or gimme a swift kick in the yarbles to get my attention and straighten my dumb arse out!

David, Come Jump back ON the Wagon!!! Hollar if we can help you find a place to ‘grab on!’ You’ve turned it around before and had amazing results, Do it a gain…. Watch it a little closer and more often This Time And you can catch it at a 3 lb. gain rather than a 20. Yes? I know some folks who tell me I’m crazy for staying with my scales, But catching a "drip" BEFORE it becomes a Flooded Basement Has continued to serve me. 20? You’ll be back to Goal by 4th of July! Nothing to do but Doing it! (go, and sin no more) Best Wishes- Dx

David, As Dx said, climb back on the wagon. You worked too hard to let it slip-away. Have you been out flying lately? Take a flight above the clouds and get a new perspective on the situation.  Drinking Pro-Stat 64 can replace that shot of jagermeister. After all your hard work, focusing on getting back to plenty of water and returning to measuring and counting is a small inconvience than the alternative, and you'll have a far better summer for it.

Tomorrow is another day... forget that you screwed up yesterday. Start over, and don't forget to get some excercise,  walk a couple miles or 5, it will help you get the weight off quicker. Be sure even when you are fasting to drink some water as you excercise.
