Protein Bars - Biggest "Bang For Your Buck"???
Hey Guys -
I have tried (as many have you) literally dozens and dozens of different protein bars on the market, and I really like using them as a matter of convenience. I am always on the go with my job - it's pretty hectic.
However, too many times to get a good "payload" of protein, you end up taking in a lot of fat and carbs and/or sugars too in a particular bar. What I would like to know is, has anyone found a good protein bar (taste is NOT important - nutrition is what I am looking for), where you get the MOST Protein, LEAST Net Carbs/sugars, and LEAST fat of other brands, all in the smallest delivery (total calories)??
I have found ones like Pure Protein, where for 190 calories you get 21 grams of protein, 2 net carbs, and 1 gram of sugar. But the fat is quite high. I would love something along those lines WITHOUT all the extra fat (well, some fat is fine, just not so much??)....
Anyone with any ideas - I would really appreciate it. I have tried the following:
Most Atkins bars
Snickers Marathon Low Carb
Worldwide Pure Protein
KETO
a few others...
Any idea? Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it very much! :)

I regularly use the ThinkThin bars (four various flavors). 20g Protein, Sugar Free. They're really good.

I also just today found a new product I really liked. It's a vegan snack made of seitan (wheat glutan product). 10g protein, 4g sugar. 74 calories. I tried the Thai Peanut flavor. Seitan is stringy like shredded chicken, but a little chewier. I really enjoyed it. I ate it leisurly at about 15 minutes and it sat really well. I found it at my local natural foods store. Here's the product link
