(the first question, not to Jazz the Shake!) A Fleet enema if it’s too bad. Constipation is one of those areas where - an "ounce of Prevention Truly is worth more than a Pound of Cure." Keep water intake and fiber intake higher to prevent. Once you’ve got a Tombstone in you plumbing, It’s pretty much down to a laxitive. For the Shake? a piece of banana? And a touch of peanut butter (like an Elvis- Peanutbutter & Banana Sandwich) imitation flavoring of all sorts? Cinnamon? Pumpkin Pie spice? Spoon full of No Sugar added Strawberry preserves? Go with your tastes, but don’t add a bunch of sugar and it should be fine. It's really tastey, and will also help with fiber intake.
