Went to the dentist for my 6 mo. check-up and cleaning last night.  To my amazement, they did not need to remove the side arms from the chair for me.  First time in 20+ years, I could just sit down in the exam chair wihout removing the side arms. Rich

That must be a lot nicer.  I hate moments like that, where you have to openly deal with an issue related to your weight with other people (as if they didn't notice).  Like showing up to meet friends and they are seated at a tight booth. Soon it will be airplanes and amusement parks for you. Keep it up.

Hey Richard, What a relief that must be! Isn't it wonderful when we start to "fit in" with the rest of the world? Such a great relief and lessening of anxiety. Little everyday FARTS are amazing.
