Anyone else have food troubles like this

I am 20 months out and I still have problems with meat that is dry, especially chicken. I can eat any meat which is cooked, but not over cooked (pork, chicken, beef, etc..). When I go to a deli to get a sandwich, I have them add oil and vinegar to keep it moist, because certain kinds of shaved meat gives me trouble if it is too dry. As DxE says, "moist, moist, moist". That is probably why I love soup and chili so much these days.
