Hi All, I think I've decided to report my Saturday morning weigh-in rather than Sunday for two reasons.  First, it seems that is always my best day in  the week.  And second, the lower I report this week the more motivation I have for doing better next week.  Next week will be 6 months. My numbers aren't shrinking as fast as my waistline. Even though the scale says I only lost 3 lbs. this week, I'm down to the last hole on my belt, and my 52W jeans are still falling off me. Can you say, "clown pants"! Here's the numbers, Highest weight, 11/27/2006 - 387 lbs. Day of surgery, 04/18/2007 - 358 lbs. Last week Sunday, 04/29   - 341 lbs. Today, 05/06/2007  - 338 lbs. I lost 3 lbs this week. I need to lose 1 more to hit the 50 lb. mark and get my BMI under 40. This will be a good week for milestones.  DD

Hi Guys, I'm into the slow but steady zone weight-wise, but body's changing (pant size, etc.). Lots of hard work at the gym, enough so that I "think" I'm actually building a wee bit of muscle. We'll see. Highest wt: 343 Initial consult: 335 Day of surgery: 317.5 Last week: 229 This week: 28.5 Weekly Total: -.5 Total To Date: 114.5
