Weight stalled
I logged on and signed up for the free part. It seems very, very helpful. At first I couldn't find Diet Coke, but I substituted. Not sure if I had the right drink because everything was "O". Of course, it didn't list sodium. But now, with the help of you guys, I have switched to "crystal light."

Hi Mike,
Hang in there. You're getting excellent advice from the other guys.
I had good luck pre-op by having high-quality protein drinks (approx. 230 cals) for breakfast and lunch and a Lean Cuisine for dinner. That's it, that and lots of water. Once I got into the routine of it I was fairly comfortable.
I concur with advice to drop the diet coke, cut out the cheese and wraps, if you can. Too many carbs can slow you down. Remember to that increased water intake appears to correlate with increased weight loss.
You're almost there, so put your head and persist!
Good luck.

Thanks Doug, you and the other guys are truly a blessings. Lean Cuisine here I come. It's kind of funny on the water. Never really drank alot of water. Guess, I'll learn to like it. (Our warehouse this morning had about 20 pallets of bottled water (60 cases, per pallet, 24-16oz bottles per case). Part of our company does private label water for business'. I told my wife I might come up with my own label and picture on the bottle. hahaha!
