Advice Please....

Friends, Many of you were with me through my Psychologists roll.  The third Psychologist was a jewel and passed me on the journey by assessing me over a period of 3 hours. Today I arrived at my office and my secretary told me that a Dr. XXX had called and desired me to give him a call in order that we could get a 'fresh start' on my assessment (3rd meeting).  I had told his secretary to remove me from their system and I had called my Insurance company and told them to remove him from the system and that I met only twice with him, after those two billings they should accept no more charges from him.  I recall him telling me in the second meeting that he had ordered a bunch of tests that related to WLS and one cost him personally 100.00!  Anyway.... What should I do about him:  Ignore him?   Call his office again?  Oh, by the way, he really talked up to me about being my brand of denomination and knowing his pastor who is in the pastor's union with me and a friend of mine as well, albeit on a different level than what Dr. XXX knows him.  I'm afraid this guy may show up at my place of business!  Advice please!   Bob.

Can't ingnore it . it won't just go away. Call them and tell them you decided to go in a different direction, thank him for his time and wish him well.  after that ignore him.

Sounds like "Goingmobile" has good advice.  This way you have completed the circle of communication.  Hopefully, with a doctorate he will understand that YOU going in another direction does not include Him on the journey. Good Luck Mike

I agree with the advice already given. I would also add if he calls back again, have your secretary say you can't come to the phone as you are busy torturing small animals and setting fires. I doubt he'll call you again. LOL

He's trying to work you.... don't let him.  You should back up your phone calls with a "short and sweet" registered letter, cc'd to your insurance company.  If he shows up somewhere, let him be the embarassed one.
