Monday Coffee Talk
Good Monday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! Gotta let the sun shine in on your life today. It's gonna be an awesome day!
Our challenge today is to realize that the power inside of you is greater than the power that holds you back. Let that person inside of you RISE up and LIVE! Don't keep letting that TRUE inner YOU live hidden and supressed. Let that TRUE you LIVE and come forth today. You are a beautiful person! You are not ugly. You are not fat. You ARE SOMEONE special and were created to LIVE! We have this surgery to begin a new life right? Well, how can we live a new HEALTHY life if we don't let the inner you that is so GREAT really live. Let the power inside you rise up today! I know you can do it!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some awesome Tiramisu coffee this morning and man, it is so good! How bout you?
I hope you have a blessed, wonderful, and POWERFUL Monday!
For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"
Good morning Randall & guys,
What a great message to start the day with, Randall: "Well, how can we live a new HEALTHY life if we don't let the inner you that is so GREAT really live." Sometimes I think the inner work is harder than the body work. I do know it's more important. Thanks for the encouragingand inspiring reminder.
Right now I'm sippin' a big glass of ice water. Later I'll indulge in a cup of Peet's half-caf (one scoop of reg. coffee and one of decaf. Yummy.)
Happy Monday to you, too.
Doug

Me? I had this surgery to live the life I dreamed. I'm 42 with a 21 month old son. He's my gift from the Grand Architect and my true treasure. If I ever did anything good in life, He gave me Jack as a reward. But, once I finally got Jack, I found my self over weight and on disability from an injury at work. Once I was able to find accomodating work, I was less able to be the kind of father I was supposed to be at the age of 25. When one of my co-workers had a stroke and I had the same medical similarities, that sealed the deal on getting the Lap-Band. I just want to be the me I was supposed to be. My Faith, my desire, some help from Freemasonry and, this surgery will, hopefully, get me there!
What am I sipping? The same greay, brown sludge I had Thursday. I think it's actually FROM Thursday's pot! Mmm.... You gotta love it that chewy, crunchy coffee! No SOS from the chowhall, though! < you know who you are! :: wink ::>
As for Monday, it's always a good day for me. Yes, I'm one of those annoying Monday people. That comes from my finding what I truely love doing at the end of 21 years, 7 months and, 24 days of serving in the U. S. Air Force. Then, after a short, terrifying pergatory in the civilian world, I was resurrected as a civilian in the same job I had when I was active duty. No pressure to advance. No real supervisory demands. I just show up and do the third thing I love most to do! (1&2 being Daddy and Hubby) So, HAPPY MONDAY, EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
