Good day all, This is my first time signing in, I just got off a 3 week plateau at my six month mark.   Starting weight  435 Day of Surgery  405 Last week wt  278 Today’s weight 274  Total loss 161

 

 

 

Howdy fellas, I just passed the 1 1/2 year mark since surgery( this past Friday) Todays weight 176. I seem to be staying in this neighborhood 175-180, which is a lot better than the 387 neighborhood I started at. Stay Well all! Woody

I have lost a total of 55 pounds since 2-20-07

Highest weight: 652 Current Weight:  336 Total Loss so far:  316 lbs Incidently, the doctors want to do plastics when I hit about 250-275 and maintain that loss for a few months. I've only got roughly 60 lbs to go for that.  

well, the stay in the hospital took me down a little......
