Hey guys, this is meant to encourage you to get your picture taken with some friends. I'm sure I am pretty much like you. Because I have been the biggest guy in my circle for quite a while I always stayed away from having my picture taken. Just didn't want to have a record of how fat I was. I just got back from a trade show where I had my picture taken with some friends. I looked the same size as most everyone else in the picture. In fact, I was probably the 3rd largest guy in the pic. That was a nice change. So my advice for you that have been losing awhile, get your picture taken. You forget how far you have come when you live it every day. In your mind, though you still have a picture of what you used to look like compared to your family and friends. You may be pleasantly surprised. Have a blessed day! Greg
