Looking good Dan Makes me think I should update mine too . Happy b - day to ya . How's the sales of the cook book going ? I have started Culinary school . I have allways wanted to be a chef . I started culinary many years ago ( 15-18 or yrs ) but dident stay with it ( like a bumb A$$ ) I love to cook and have been told just about all my life that i missed my calling in life . Here i thought all this time that I am a fair ta middlen Machinest . I have three years before I can get my full ( 30yrs) retirment from my current place of employment . So i thought I would do somthing about it this time and go back to school and at least try . Nick

Hey Dan - Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy it - hope you are having some great weather today so you can get out and enjoy your b-day. I'm a few months behind you - I'll be 41 in September, and I'm really looking forward to it. I weighed 547 on my 40th birthday, and was in constant pain, and could only walk a few steps before getting winded, sweaty, and red-faced. So, I'm really looking forward to 41 and looking back at all the positive changes I'm making during this year in my life..... Well, enjoy your day, and congrats on kicking ass with your weight loss and success with your cookbook. Keep up the awesome work, Chuck
