Fart and more...Reclassified.....

Hello My brothers... I had made a very concious decision not to write this note.....but today I changed my mind....several weeks ago, I decided not to make a letter to celebrate my 2 year anniversary of wls, maybe a quick note, jus? to say I "had kept the tonnage off", but you know how the chicks go on and on...about how their life ....you get it...but.....2 years ago today, I was NPO, getting ready to be operated on.....WEll guys, today I had a FART...a pretty stinky one, and only your guys would understand....OK I left 24 hour Fittness..too much Drama, when you try to work out...and I joined a neighborhood gym....it is small, and not nearly as many bells and whilstles...and the equiptment, is old,, and the barbells and freeweights are ancient...and there are some rally hard core guys in there.....these guys started to complain when the owner started to paint his office....they like the old weathered look....like sweat strains on the wall.....ok y'all get the idea....so I was working out...trying to put on some muscle...and one of the members brought in a buddy...and he was showing the buddy around....and I'm the only guy in the free wight area..It was early....and when they went walk through...the member said to his buddy..."see I tould you you would not be the only skinny guy here..."EXCUSE ME...when did I get reclassified from..."the Fat Guy" to the "Skinny Guy".....Ok that is my 2 year anniversay FART.....You guys rock...that for all the help Russ

Skinny?  Gotta say…I’m jealous. I only get the- “I told you that you wouldn’t be the only old geeky guy here..." and I don’t have to go to the rough-neck’s gym for the title either. Congrats on the two year! Keep working out and getting sore and the benefits will come. I'm sitting here with total body soreness from hitting the weights hard post hernia op.

Man, what did you eat!!! That one's pealing the paint off the wall Russ. It's one thing when a friend calls you skinny as a compliment.  But for someone who doesn't know you to to call you skinny - likely not meaning it as a compliment - is pretty awesome.   That's  new one.  What was meant as a negative is one of the great positives.  Congrats.
