WOO HOO! It's finally Friday! Good morning! Hope you slept good! I did. Like a rock. The weekend is almost here. Got big plans? We're doing yard work this weekend. Thank goodness for a riding mower. Our challenge today is a repeat but worth repeating. STAY FOCUSED! Watch and realize what you are eating. Focus in on your goal. Are you doing what it takes to reach your goal. What is your goal? This could apply to LIFE Goals as well as WLS goals. Being focused will help you stay the course and reach your goal sooner than if you lose focus. So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some AWESOME White Chocolate Raspberry coffee from Little River Roasting Company. Ya just gotta try this. Wanna cup? I've had some to email me asking where I get these coffee flavors. "Fresh Market" has wonderful flavored coffee and you can find them online. If/when I post the maker of the coffee, you can do an online search and find them. Also, Wal-Mart carries some of the coffee flavors that I sip. I would love to share a cup of coffee with you all and sure wish I could. LITERALLY!  I pray you have a wonderful, blessed, and focus filled day!
For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"

MORNIN Randall!!......Yep the weekend is finally apon us....also plannin on yard work, need to mend some fencing around my pool to....but I also am going to finalise the deal on our new travel trailer that me an the wife purchased.  After we had our weight loss surg. we decided that with our new lives we would finaly do some traveling the way we always wanted to but couldent seem to do because with our size I really couldent fit in the bathroom of the trailers and the beds in most of them couldent support my weight. So anyway.........I am sipping on something close to you.....Dark chocolate Raspberry cream coffee. Have a good one all!!!!!!!!!!!!

What am I sipping? Well, I work as a civilian in a U. S. Air Force technical school. That means GI's make the coffee; which just happens to be a delectible, greasy, brown sludge. Just what the retired Master Sergeant in me craves first thing in the morning!

Just wanted to drop in here on your post.  At you working at Keesler AGB?  I was the course supervisor for the AF Paralegal course, which has now moved over to the JAG School at the Air University at Maxwell AFB.   I am with you on the coffee.  I am a retired SMSgt since Nov 1981 and still miss the coffee you talked about.  Another thing I miss is good old SOS.  Of course that was the first step toward becoming obese after retirement.  Dan

If you have a prayer request whether WLS or personal, please visit our website at www.packardministries.org and click on PRAYER or email me at [email protected]

You will  be added to our daily prayers.   One of our ministry objectives is to support those having or had WLS.   Pastor Dan

Dan, Yes, I do work at Keesler. I retired from Keesler in Nov. 2004 where I had been teaching and supervising the Ground Radar Maintenance Course. I worked at Ingall's for a while and finally got back on as a civilian in the same place that worked as a GI.  It was like coming home.  I delevoped my love for motor oil coffee as an avionics technician on the flightline before I moved to Comm-Electronics.  Comm guys don't really know what real coffee is.  If the scoop goes missing it's a crisis.  Then I swoop in the save the day. Of course they gripe about my coffee but, isn't that one of a GI's God given rights?
