Good morning boys, just wanted to know if anyone has had thyroid problems after surgery.  I've been pretty fatigued and weak for a couple of weeks now.  This has happened off and on for several months.  My PCO took blood today, and wanted to check the thyroid and mentioned this could be the problem.  Anybody input regarding this would be appreciated.  I know this is common and treatment is available.  Thanks. John

Yep,it's treated by one small pill that you take daily.  Considering everything else we have to take, this is really minor.  It should take care of your problem.

Hello John I felt like this also after my wls. I was checked also but came out negitive. I addded iron and b-12 injections every two weeks(yes I give them to my self). Since I started doing this and I also started eatting atleast 6 times a day I started to feel lots better. Talk it over with your surgeon before doing or changing anything. This is just what I did foe me and it helped. Have a great day, Derrick
